So this was fun! I decided why not? I play around with different combinations of foods all of the time, and a lot of the time - I get it right! I decided why not start to track my 'good ones'. So here you go, I have started something new. Just like you.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of chopped Pecans
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
1/4 cup of Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 Banana, chopped
2/3 cup of Blackberries
1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts (optional for added protein)
2/3 cup of Full Fat Coconut Milk
1/2 tsp of Pure Maple Syrup to drizzle (optional)
Instructions:
Pour pecans into bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in the microwave for 30 seconds (it brings out the flavour in the pecans!)
Then add remaining ingredients, Stir and enjoy!
