I help clients bust through fat loss plateaus and crush goals.. How do I do it? Tapping into their strengths, adjusting some guidelines and providing valuable information along the way. I see what they are missing and I add it. It is about learning "how to" not just "what to".
Although I start with a base"blue print" for each client, my program itself is not a one-size-fits-all, cookie-cutter approach. It can't be, because each and every client is unique and requires custom-care. The base blue print allows me to get to know the client, understand where they are coming from, learn their background, current eating habits and so much more. From there, I begin a custom plan with my client.
During my work I have come across many challenges. Food allergies, picky eaters, weight-gaining medications, hormonal imbalances, menopause and eating disorders to name a few.
